Terms of use
Who runs this site
Home Repair Report is operated by Bachi Media. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Bachi Media. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Estimates, not quotes
The figures and calculators on this site are estimates built from published data, for planning and comparing quotes. They are not a quote, a bid, or professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Real prices depend on your home, your area and the contractor. Always get written quotes from licensed contractors and check local codes and permit rules.
Accuracy
We work to keep every figure correct and dated, but sources change and errors happen. The site is provided as is, without warranties. Please report problems through our corrections process.

You may quote and share our figures with credit to Home Repair Report and a link to the page, and please cite the original source we name. You may not copy whole pages or republish the site's content as your own.
